USE WITH ALL OF YOUR GREENS

Most of the greens that you will receive in your shares or see available in our webstore are delicious; even the green tops of things like turnips and beets. A stir-fried green is delicious and nutritious. You have to try it. Most people do not eat enough greens. But this is the easiest recipe, or... I should really say cooking habit that you can implement into your daily routine for healthy eating.


Ingredients

  • Greens of your choice (except lettuce)

  • Oil of your choice

  • Spice of your choice

  • Salt

Directions

  1. Heat up your pan with medium heat

  2. Add your oil of choice

  3. Toss in your chopped up greens

  4. Cover for 1 min

  5. Stir until the greens become tender and darker in color

  6. Serve! Pair your greens with any protein, vegetables or starch.

Note: If you are not sensitive to garlic and onion, stir fry these items prior to adding your chopped greens in the pan. You will love it.
